Dual-speaker sound amplification, 4 wireless mics, active level balancing, and custom playlist streaming for events up to 75 guests.
Live DJ track mixing/scratching, video projectors, screens, or stage lighting setups.
The client assumes full financial responsibility for any loss, theft, or physical damage to True Level Sound Support equipment caused by event attendees or venue conditions during the contracted hours.
Outdoor setups require a completely dry, covered area protected from direct rain and extreme elements, as well as a dedicated 120V power outlet within 50 feet. True Level Sound Support reserves the right to pause or dismantle equipment if weather poses an immediate electrical or equipment hazard.
Additional time beyond the contracted schedule is billed at $75/hour (charged in 30-minute increments at $37.50). Overtime is subject to technician availability and must be approved and paid prior to the extension.
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event allow the 25% deposit to be transferred once to a new booking date within 60 days. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event require full payment of the remaining balance.
The venue must be accessible to True Level Sound Support at least 45 minutes prior to the scheduled event start time for equipment setup and audio level testing. Setup time does not count against the contracted event run-time.
True Level Sound Support serves events within a 25-mile radius of Downtown Greensboro at no additional travel cost. Events located outside this 25-mile radius are subject to a standard travel fee calculated based on mileage. Travel fees will be itemized on the client invoice and must be paid with the final balance prior to setup.
